Yahoo! has acquired Dapper, an Israeli startup employing thirty five people. Dapper's Tel Aviv offices will be turned into a new development center for Yahoo!; this center will be in addition to its strong R&D center in Haifa.
According to Israeli press, the startup produced "automatic identification of content." This allowed developers to produce applications to match that content.
